Rhizomatiks inspired by Perfume 2020

An exhibition showcasing Perfume’s stage production techniques developed by Rhizomatiks, along with video installations, including new works created by reusing data.

Special content for the exhibition was created using data recorded for Coachella 2019.
One of the new works uses photogrammetry data of the three Perfume members, expanding live performance by creating new experiences that can only be realized in a Virtual Reality world, free from physical constraints. Visitors can experience this by wearing a head-mounted display.
Additionally, new works adapted for an immersive Virtual Reality environment called ‘Cave’ were also unveiled.
The exhibition included custom-made devices, software displays, and spaces where visitors could experience the works.
